Liz was fabulous; very personable and knowledgable. She made us feel completely at ease, telling us what was going on and also distracting us when it was needed!

Thank you for your feedback. I am glad to hear that you felt comfortable and could trust me in theatre. I feel that good explanations can help patients understand what is happening and feel more able to relax in the anaesthetic room.

Dr Kingsto introduced herself in the A&E at Alder Hey. She explained procedures to be undertaken clearly to me and answerd my questions. Dr Kingston also supported me when she noticed that I was struggling with the pressure and frightening situation. She was kind. Dr Kingston made an impression on me as I remembered her when she came to vist us days later on the ward.
